Really awesome for sleep and I've tried everything - herbs, melatonin, various natural remedies, nothing works like this. I'm asleep within minutes of taking it, reliably, and with no drowsiness in the morning like i've experienced with other sleep aids. I have an Oura ring and it's been fun to watch the data and see how much deep sleep and REM I get with this -- a noticeable difference over other products, too. Highly recommend

i combine this with magnesium l-threonate for sleep and it's perfect. if i go out to a concert or am otherwise not following good sleep hygiene (screens at night) it ensures i still get a quality night of sleep / solid amount of REM on my Oura ring. i've also found it to significantly reduce tossing and turning, which helps when i'm sleeping with my girlfriend who's very sensitive to my movements

I'm a fan. It definitely helped me dial in my sleep. It's seemed to make my sleep deeper and I wake up in the mornings feeling more refreshed.
